A work desk, coffee/tea making facilities, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in our twin room were useful during stay.

Cozy Room with Awesome Bathroom Facilities 🛁 the single room I stayed in had good lighting and its own bathroom. It was great to have a shower, a hairdryer, and toiletries readily available.

I had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse! The room was nice and clean, and the location was perfect. Being just a minute away from Lepanto metro station made it incredibly easy to get around this authentic Roman neighborhood. From here, I could quickly reach all the popular attractions like the Vatican and Castle Saint Angelo. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I loved having breakfast served in my room, it was a great time-saver!

The breakfast was warm and had lots of food. Our room was beautifully maintained and reasonably large, equipped with TV, a/c, and bedroom. - the hotel had an excellent location, right next to a bus stop. - There was a good restaurant just a short distance away from the guesthouse.

We got great value for our money at Residenza I Rioni Guesthouse. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to the Vatican and other attractions. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

I recently stayed at Residenza I Rioni Guesthouse for a few nights. The location was perfect, with the metro station just a short walk away and all the major historical monuments within a 15-minute walk. The guesthouse itself was comfortable and well-equipped for both short and long stays. The staff were incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.
